It’s your wedding day and you have chosen to wear a bridal tiara. What day could make a girl feel more like a princess than the day you get to wear your beautiful gown and adorn your hair the way you want it. In past years the choice was the traditional veil. Several years it was hats with flowing veils behind. Then, the very princess in us comes out to wear a crown, also known as bridal tiaras.
To have a silver or gold tiara with all the Swarovski crystals gleaming upon our head as diamonds. Some may be fortunate enough to actually have diamonds adorn the tiara. If long flowing hair it could be swept up around the so the tiara actually looked all tucked into the curls gracefully peaking out. Shorter hair would show much more richness of the tiara because of the simplicity of the hairstyle.
The clear cut stones was always the first choice at weddings. The clear stones would go with any color we chose for the rest of the bridal party and the colors you planned for your wedding. Now tradition has broke away and there is color in the stones of the tiara. Brilliant red ruby stones in the tiara. There are always other colors as well such as blue sapphire or even green emeralds.
But the ruby red stones in a tiara could be part of your bridal colors to bring out your adornment in your hair to match the red roses you might carry. The simplicity of you using the red stone may also have much more meaning to you than just to match and adorn. They may represent something borrowed from a family member. Perhaps the ruby red stone represents yours or your bridegroom’s birthday month.
